The Sleep Card has the ability to put anything to sleep, this also includes large groups of people at once. The true form of The Sleep looks like a little, white pixie with feathery wings whose left ear looks like a large wing, just like it is depicted on its card. It is under The Dark.
The Sleep first appears in Episode 22. Sleep had taken up residence at the university Mr. Kinomoto worked out and caused every one in the building, except Sakura, to fall asleep. Sakura cornered the card in her father's office and captured it with The Windy.
In Episode 64, Sakura considered using Sleep to put Eriol to sleep so she could stop the impending avalanche with magic. But she later decides against the idea since she didn't think she was able to carry Eriol back to the resort.
- The Sleep's capture was not shown in the American adaptation (known as Cardcaptors), but was seen being used in Episode 13 (of the Dub)
- The Sleep's true form appears in Tsubasa: RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE when the protagonists were in Shara Country as a part of Suzuran's Troupé
